where it began
QVC is where I learned that selling is never really about selling.
β
For 11 years, I had the privilege of being live on-air, introducing thousands of products across beauty, fashion, home, and lifestyle. There was no script and no second take. You had to know the product, understand the customer, listen carefully, think quickly, and find the story that made someone at home say, “That’s for me.”
β
Those years taught me how to spot what makes a product special, how to ask the questions a customer is already thinking, and how to turn features into something far more meaningful: a reason to care.
β
But what stayed with me most was the connection. Shopping at its best feels personal. It feels like discovering something with someone you trust, someone who will tell you why it’s worth considering and, just as importantly, when it isn’t.
β
That philosophy has shaped everything I’ve done since.
And it’s what I’m bringing back to shopping now.
What I’ve Done Since QVC
It’s been years since my QVC days, but I never left the world of beauty, brands, and storytelling. If anything, I went deeper.
β
I’ve hosted national beauty and home infomercials, media-trained on-air guests and brand ambassadors for names including Hourglass Cosmetics, Smashbox, Beautyblender, IT Cosmetics, Paula Dorf, Julie Hewett, and more.
β
I’ve also worked alongside a premier cosmetic laboratory in Texas, helping emerging skincare brands define their voice, sharpen their positioning, and translate what makes their products special into consumer-facing stories that connect.
β
Along the way, I’ve helped build skincare brands from the ground up, from product development and packaging to brand identity, messaging, content, and the all-important question: Why should the customer care?
β
That combination of experience has given me a unique perspective. I know what it takes to build a compelling brand behind the scenes, and I know how to bring that brand to life in front of the customer.
β
And after more than 20 years in live selling, beauty, and brand development, I have more to share now than ever.

Why i'm here
My greatest joy is connecting with people and sharing experiences — product experiences and life experiences both. This website is where those two things come together.
It’s a place to discover products I’ve tried, discovered, researched, or simply think are worth knowing about, and to feel like you’re shopping with someone who knows products and has your back.
βAnd a little farm life.
When I’m not testing products or going live, you’ll find me enjoying a slower pace in Florida, leaning into a bit of farm life (and keeping up with a very opinionated new kitten).
I’ll share some of that here too — because real recommendations come from real life.

And my partner
Donna
Executive Merchant & Brand Growth Strategistβ.
β
None of the brand work I do happens alone.
Donna Tarantino and I first worked together at QVC, where we experienced firsthand what happens when great products, smart merchandising, compelling storytelling, and the right on-air presentation come together.
β
Donna has spent decades on the merchandising and strategy side of the business, helping identify, position, and grow beauty, wellness, fitness, and lifestyle brands.
β
Today, we’ve brought our complementary experience together again.
β
Donna brings the merchant’s eye and brand-growth strategy. I bring the host’s perspective, product storytelling, and decades of experience connecting products with consumers.
β
Together, we’re taking what we learned from traditional television shopping and reimagining it for today’s world of live and social commerce.
